Section - 1 : Royalty
 

Part-2 on Wealth has four sections, as under:

This section addresses members of royalty on what they should do and what they should not do.

Members of royalty would include the king, his sons, brothers, uncles and the like who are blood relatives of the king. The advice is meant for them.

Kings & royalty existed in days of monarchy. Today we have democratic form of government, which is different than monarchy.

In democratic form of government the leader is elected by the people, whereas the monarch (king) was either hereditary or the victor in war.

Further, in democracy there are three functions of the government which are relatively independent of each other – these are legislative (law-making), executive, and judicial. In monarchy all the three functions were vested in a single person - the king. Hence we will find that the advice in the following chapter is sometimes applicable one of the three functions being done by the king.

Some of the advice is applicable not only to governments, but also leaders in all areas like business and services. In other words, heads of organizations, business units would also find these chapters instructive.
