Section - 2 : Ministers of state
 

Part-2 on Wealth has four sections, as under:

Ministers include the king’s counselors as well as envoys. I am not sure whether it includes army generals.

This section has 10 chapters. It tells what abilities (competencies in modern parlance) ministers should possess, what right conduct is for ministers, and what wrong conduct is for them.

Some of the lessons are applicable today to ministers. Still others are very important for today’s managers, as we shall see.
